Endpoint in README.md instructions for running the flask module #4

I was closing the old issues on the predecessor to this repository and found this issue and again here.
The problem was trying to access the flask module at http://localhost:5000/ instead of at http://localhost:5000/status. The README.md of this repository still directs users to the incorrect endpoint if the plugin architecture hasn't changed since the issue arose. I thus suggest updating the README.md instructions to include this correction.
