The docker container needs git

An error can be darker compose logs, showing that the synbiohub container is trying to call git to add a tag to the page. We can see that the tag is missing on synbiohub.org

I believe this might also be preventing me from running the docker container as it crashes.

we could be dealing with another repository change issue similar to the one with synbiohub3 frontend

ok, the bug was caused by a change i made, I assumed that we only grab the commit hash during build beacuse the container never pulls new git repos after its built. But actualy it runs everytime the containter starts. There are two ways to fix this: 1: not removing the .git folder during build, 2: only get the commit hash during build before removing the .git folder

The second seems more correct, but a bit harder.
