Submit Plugin Collection intake #34
Description
Provide a method for submit plugins to set the collection name and collection info rather than having it determined by the submit endpoint. Might require a different front end (with no collection name box) as well as altering the way synbiohub processes the response manifest from the run endpoint of the plugin). Having the plugin set the collection name to create in the response manifest could be the way to go, alternatively depending on the number of sbol files the collection could be set in the sbol files. Would need to consider overwrite options if it turns out the collection name/id already exists.
