[FEATURE] Last.fm scrobble support

I would like the option to enable/setup scrobbling to Last.fm

There is a second extenstion I have set up to do this but would love to have everything in one place. Link to extension for reference:

Hey @magnusv0s! We previously had LastFM scrobbling in YTM+ (the predecessor to SynQ) but removed it due to low usage and the fact that the Web Scrobbler has near-universal coverage and that people with both Web Scrobbler and YTM+ were getting double scrobbles. That said, I'm open to community contributions for this feature. The code for YTM+'s scrobbling can be found here:
