'Regen' inside Harmony core CLI tool not working after an Update.

Hi Team,
Today morning when i tried to Regen after adding methods in MDU, i encountered the below error:

So, I did update the tool as well using the below command:
dotnet tool update -g Harmony.Core.CliTool

When i tried to regen using harmonycore gui -> regen is not happening and the harmonycore window disappears. :(

I tried the below resolutions:

1. Make sure harmonycore templates are up to date.
2. Did import inside Harmonycore GUI and then tried to regen but no luck.
3. laptop restart
4. Harmonycore GUI showing the correct SMC path.
   (Methodcataloge file is placed inside TraditionalBridge\MethodCatalog\MethodDefinitions.xml -> This file contains the method which i recently added as well.)
   

Not sure what am i missing here, Appreciate your help here.

FYI : S/W versions in my laptop :
Harmonycore CLI tool : 8.0.74
Dotnet version : 8.0.100
SDI : 23.9.1521.0
Synergy Version : 12.1.1.3278

Can you run regen from the command line directly rather than going into the gui first. It should show any applicable diagnostic messages if you run it that way.

Could you please help me on the above error, i happened to see below comments in #318 who is having the same issue like above "Structure is not assigned to file"

Based on the above comment, am i supposed to changes anything in logical? could you please guide or share me the steps.
