I need to add a code simplification state to improve code quality after review, as LLMs tend to generate average-quality code that could be optimized. help me create a plan um so help me make a plan for me to add the simplification step in between my workload. Currently, the workload is implementation, review, and PR, but we need to add a simplification in between the implementation and PR. What I want you to do is look properly at the current workflow, how it's happening, how review is happening and things as such, and let me know how we could integrate it into our workflow.
