[BUG] Can't place template as player on canvas

Issue description

Players can't place attack/magic templates. Targeting and using normal attacks and spells works great, but when someone attacks with a template attack, the canvas and the template appears, but the template can't be placed. This is kind of expected since canvas controls are disabled with this module?

Expected behavior

Let player place the template, let sheet reappear and then roll damage etc.

System & versions

DnD 5e 5.1.1.0, Foundry 13.350

Steps to reproduce the issue

-Login as a player that has SheetOnly enabled
-Select attack that uses a template, for example Acid Splash
-Try to place template

Hi. This is not a bug but an unavoidable restriction when using. It might work if you connect a mouse to the tablet, but the most common way is described in the module's description.

Players can't place templates. The way to place a template is ‘Communication'. Player can select the spell, so that it appear in the chat. Then the GM places the template at the spot the player tells them

Having the canvas fully enabled would put most mobile devices under a heavy load, that's why it is disabled by default or hidden. Without the can vas, though, it is not possible to place templates.

But I leave this issue open, in case I find a better workaround

Hi, thank you for the clarification! I actually didn't see the line about templates 😅
I definitely get the point with mobile devices, but since placing templates "almost" works (at least in the No Control canvas mode, I can see the canvas and everything), I thought that maybe it could be easy to give a fourth option where people that are not on mobile can do this.
I actually tried it with a mouse and it also doesn't work, and placing the template can not be canceled, so the only solution I found to cancel it was refreshing the browser tab which is a bit annoying.
