Description
When on the main "Sub Categories" page under the Support Ticket add-on, selecting a sub-category brings up the "Actions" button - but there is no dropdown for "Duplicate"... it only appears once you're inside a particular record.
Secondly, when using the duplicate button in a sub-category, the additional labels/fields do not duplicate as I think they should. The whole reason I'd like to duplicate is so that I can keep these other custom settings along with the main parent category.
Thoughts?
