Your Website Help Desk / Support Ticket module is the best!
I've been using it for several weeks and have a few questions if you don't mind)
- I have created several dozen tickets and I need to delete some. How to do it? In Action menu is only Export.
- How to set creation a ticket from only specific email? For example, subject contains "help_me" or something else.
