Failed to communicate malformed config file during initialization #5
Description
When config is malformed starting oca-bin inform user that it cannot find the file and ask to reinitialize it instead of communicating that the file exist and suggest to fix errors and what is wrong.
How to reproduce:
- open config.toml
- add broken line e.g. do not close quote on the value of attribute:
remote_repository_path = 'https://repository.oca.argo.colossi.network/ - start oca tui -d ./
