AntAi-v0.9.0-beta-1_ready for first use Pre-release

This is a first version of the AntAi tool. Currently only tested by me on two win10 machines.
All issues and Bugs were removed as far as I was aware of them at this point in time.

To bring this Release to 1.0 i need some more testing and feedback from other users.

The WIKI is currently not up to date. That means we have some features in the tool that need to be documented.

The welcome screen is not up to date eigther and needs to be improved or updated to the current functionality.

In this release we have included some HOTFIX for the SQLite data source. Furthermore there is an extension folder where you can put in exe filese (in the folder directly or in any subfolder!). These exe will be started together with the script. The idea is that you can compile your own little tools that might support the process of working in your every day office world. E.g. I have some scripts that can provide features to execute sql scripts that are currently in your clipboard and display the output as a dashboard / pivot in your browser. Hoever these are extensions and need to be procured somewhere else.
