Python 3 support

Hello,

We have an interest in supporting TLSeparation under Python 3 for interop with other tooling. A fork has been opened at https://github.com/loftylabs/TLSeparation where the upgrade will be performed.

If any existing effort is already underway, we will happily contribute where that work is happening. A look through the fork graph showed no forks ahead of this main repository.

Also happy to contribute this migration back the the main repository (although the tooling for maintaining backward compatibility between Python 2 to 3 is being dropped from the Python 3 ecosystem). It may make more sense to create an independent Python 3 package and attempt to backport to this Python 2 version for some time window.

Open to other suggestions and ideas, excited to build upon this work.

First of all, thanks for the interest in supporting TLSeparation!

I haven't been able to work on it for a while, but I would be happy to collaborate and eventually merge the code back. I have no problem dropping support for Python 2 as well.
