the flood gauge popup no longer displays the popup-footer bar (black background) listing share buttons. i don't recall if this was an intentional change or an accident that just happened along the way. this may have been turned off when twitter was disabled, or it may have stopped functioning due to a package update. regardless, it should be investigated and cleaned up.
