BUG: stateOfCharge not available when polling

Summary

stateofCharge no longer available anywhere

Expected Behavior

When requesting a leg there should be an Asset with stateOfCharge or when requesting Asset there should be a stateOfCharge field on the Asset.

Current Behavior

No way to get statOfCharge for the asset.

During a ride we wish to inform the user of the stateOfCharge of the vehicle

We could move 'assetInfo' to the core, and make it a subclass of asset. This makes it possible to publish assets with or without state information.

In other words, assetCollection stays the same, and the assetInfo object must change and move to the CORE. I found out that it does not break the version. AssetInfo is not used...

In the meantime, we should include the assetInfo also to the notifications (and that's an extension, also not breaking)

That makes sense. At least for use cases where the current stateOfCharge should be published in the offer.

Does this make it possible for the MP to query the current stateOfCharge of an asset which is in use? If operations are performed on the leg or asset then the asset object is included. But otherwise if no operation is requested I'm not sure if the MP can query the current stateOfCharge.

Isn't assetInfo already part of the notifications? It's part of the notificationInput object and used in /processes/notification/execution. Is this not sufficient? The TO could then publish that info to the MP during the ride.
