Publisher missing in every entry where journal=jucs

I'm not sure about the publisher of the Journal of Universal Computer Science. No entry in the .bibtex file where journal=jucs has a publisher named.

Seeing JUCS or Wikipedia, I would say that the publisher might be: J.UCS Consortium?

For journal articles, the publisher is typically omitted.

I thought it is only the address that is omitted.
