Clean up main branch

Establish a clear policy on what the state of the main branch should be (implement tests, establish proper documentation (sphincs and Jupyter Book). We should work towards a new version where all obsolete code is removed from the main branch (for OpenCLSim at the moment probably not too much obsolete code is present).
