Remove identification_jido?

This is the identification example except that it replaces binsim with the jidointerface.
I don't think it makes sense to keep this here anymore.
I also don't think it should go into the release.

The release will only contain examples that are working and have a documentation at http://docs.twoears.eu/en/latest/examples/
So, identification_jido will not go into the release.

Regarding removing it from twoears-examples I cannot decide it, as I don't know what is/was the purpose of it. By the way we have also attention_jido.
