Fix Deathsquad Armor (tailoring/fencing)

Although I've mostly stopped working on this in favor of my Rebalance/Overhaul mod, Deathsquad Armor still has the tailoring/fencing stats of a Deathsquad Uniform.

Tailoring Deathsquad Armor should be as difficult as SWAT or Army Armor, and fencing them should be less profitable.
