Block List, Friends List

A user should be allowed to block another user.

Create a new table with a:
```
Blockee (user)
Blocked (user)
```

Or whatever better names we can come up with.

Same for friends list:
```
friender (user)
friended (user)
```

We definitely need better names. I'm all ears.
