Open Lobbies API End Point

`GET /api/openlobbies`
Authenticated endpoint (user must be signed in)

It's possible we could get this rule enforced inside of pocketbase without having to write our own custom business logic.
Will return all currently open lobbies
filtered by the host being on your block list, or the host blocked you.
