Void's Wrath not spawning at all

Hey, the Void's Wrath isn't spawning for me at all. I even went into creative mode in another world, flew around and tried to teleport the entity type to me and none existed, which means they aren't spawning anywhere. I'm not sure why. I'm in version 1.20.1
