Spellchecker Selection Permanence #1071

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is frustrating that upon closing all TeXworks windows then reopening, the previous spellcheck selection is forgotten and it defaults to spellcheck off
Describe the solution you'd like
Once a spellcheck (i.e. English - United States (en-US)) is selected it becomes the default in all new instances of TeXworks for the user rather than default to off.
