[Bug] 날짜 필터 시작 날짜 오류

어떤 버그인지 작성해주세요.

날짜 필터 걸 때 끝 날짜는 오늘 날짜까지만 되는데 시작 날짜는 2050년까지도 가능하네요,,,

버그가 발생한 과정을 설명해주세요
