CLI command that lists possible clients/nodes/ports

There should probably be something similar to `pw-link` built into `pipeswitchd`, so that you can just use that to list possible clients/nodes/ports. Ie. `pipeswitchd nodes`, `pipeswitchd ports nodes` or `pipeswitchd all`
