Disable tab-complete on commands without permission

Today I consult it on discord and now I make the suggestion. I would like ultrapermissions to have the function that if a user does not have a certain permission, he cannot see the command of the same using the complete tab.

For example, if a user does not have access to worldedit, when he types "/w" he cannot see the various /worldedit commands.
