[feat] Params in svg file support

[TenLun]

• users can add Params like
  'ref=example.com'
  after the template param
  the original xml will be deprecated and replaced by template as it means the base svg file.
• the param will replace something like ${} and then return the data after reading template
• the param can be pharsed if its type is URL
