[Feature Request] DyPE Flux High-Resolution Generation

When you get back from your holiday, you may wish to consider integrating the new DyPE code for Flux, which appears to be analogous in function to Hi-Diffusion. The authors claim that DyPE can generate 4K images "with no additional sampling cost".

Updated 10/30: It may be appropriate to await a fix for the reported memory management issues (DyPE#4; DyPE#7)
