The __PART_FAMILY_DEVICE_NAMES__ value is equal to __PART_FAMILY_NAME__ for all other devices. Standardize it here. Signed-off-by: Randolph Sapp <rs@ti.com>

fix(legacy): normalize part family names
The PART_FAMILY_DEVICE_NAMES value is equal to PART_FAMILY_NAME for
all other devices. Standardize it here.
