Description
Add lastUpdatedBy to member updates with only type ID for now.
Currently we are not capturing this as members where the only ones who would update a member record. Now brinks does too and writes a system account member id for this value. We now want to capture the member's id when they update their profile.
It is not required to expose this in GraphQL Profile type
