Swimming Speed decrease when wearing depth strider 3 boots #6
With necklace on , you are faster than a depth strider 3, but when you wear boots with that enchanement you loose a bit some speed while swimming but still a bit faster than depth strider 3 default speed (using the forge version , i don't know about fabric)
