[FEATURE] Single Loot Pools???

Describe the bug:

Sometimes the scrap loot pool will spawn only the same item. For example, it will only spawn pickles or remotes. I would say this happens about as often as floating vents.

How to reproduce the issue:

Still haven't found out why this happens, it kind of just happens randomly.

Mods and profile:

Only Client sided mods
Game version: v62
Profile code: 0191b239-de51-8159-4b5c-a044d682b539

Extra information:

This bug is super random so it is difficult to tell what is causing it. This also happens with any profile.

This may be a vanilla thing, no clue but if possible, there should also be a setting to disable this feature.

Yea, this is vanilla behavior, I will tag this as feature to add a configuration option to remove these one item pools.

Ya, that's what I thought. It was very weird loading up my seed for the first time and finding only pickles lol.
