Hi all,

I was just completing the video and noticed that the chemical structure for my particular medicine (medicine) isn't in the google drive but have filled in the Workflow Google Sheet. At the moment, I have it exported as a MP4 but with the template's general chemical structure image.

Should I upload the final MP4/Powerpoint to their respective google drive folders or wait until I receive the chemical structure image? Alternatively, I can also get an icon from Google Images myself but that might be inconsistent design/copyrighted.

Hey Olivia,
In the workflow, if you put a N in the column where it asks if you've received the chemical structure from me for now.
I'll go through and add the chemical structures for all the medicines everyone has chosen later today.
Then you can add the structure (we've got particular settings so that they are consistent across all videos), export and save to the G Drive folder.

Not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place (MTM G Drive folder - Chemical Structures folder) for the chemical structures? If you haven't gotten around to it totally understand (this week's been so hectic for me as well 😱 ). Just wondering if we should upload the presentation and video without the chemical structure for our due date tonight ?

I've finished the powerpoint presentation and uploaded it to the "Final Powerpoints" folder on the Google Drive. I can't seem to export the pptx file to a mp4 file on my Mac (as mp4 isn't an option under the dropdown menu for file format). Would it be ok to only upload the powerpoint version?

The images should be in the folder now. Sorry for the delay. Since I was so late no rush to get them all completed tonight. If you can share them as soon as they are done though that would be great!

@olwu3220, You've chosen insulin and it's a protein. A new one for us. We'll need to think about what image we want to use to show the structure. I'm thinking we can find something on the Protein Database (PDB). I'll work this out and let you know. If you would like to just upload the powerpoint that would be great. We can add in the image later before we export
