Document new IntegrationStage or how to migrate from SimulationState #141

Are there any pointers in the help files or a video already how to get rid of these obsolete warnings in patches that use the SimulationStage, when using VL.Fuse from source? From the chat I got the answer, that these are replaced by an IntegrationStage - maybe with the right info the community can help with updating the help files.
