Errors in Build

ERROR: Object::emit_signal: Error calling method from signal 'pressed': 'Panel::_on_Science_pressed': Method not found.
At: core\object.cpp:1127

Happens whenever a button is pressed. There were also load errors when I first opened the project, but didn't take not and can't reproduce.

Does VS need to be installed on the computer?

VS is useful but not necessary.
do you have both mono version of godot 3 and mono sdk installed?
