[RA2] Automatic Voicelines

Had another idea, so what if on certain events, either character says something automatically?

For example, starting a teleporter could make the Tesla Trooper say "Let the juice flow!" or "Ground yourselves!"
While the Desolator could say "Here comes the sun!"

When pinging a location you want to move to, either could say "Rubber shoes in motion!" or "There goes the neighborhood!"
When pinging an enemy they could say "Commencing shock therapy." or "Tagged for extinction!"

so on and so forth

Considered automatic voice lines before, might do it. If I don't probably just cause lazy. Think only ones I'd add that aren't in right now are the death ones. of course all behind config.
