Fix Request-IP to coordinate lookup #100
Description
In the previos Envoy-configuration, we used Homelab-API as an external-Authorization Service. therefore the API saw every request and could expose coordinates (lat/lon) metrics for prometheus
With GatewayAPI this is no longer necessary and we lost this feature
