switch to LGPL license #3
Description
As I am now working in my spare time on this project, the license should prevent others using this software and not return improvements to the original code.
Beforehand I was working partly during my time at the university and partly at my spare time on it. So it was at least in parts financed by public funds. Therefore it was published with an "more open" license.
