Customisation #3

Description

@davestewart

Hey,

I've made quite a lot of code changes to the plugin on my local install - I wanted to know if you are accepting pull requests?

Mainly:

  • customisation is now externalized, with as many options as the user wants
  • library code and plugin code are now in separate folders to make upgrading TintMCE easier
  • The problem with line returns is solved using a vanilla config option, rather than RegExps
  • TinyMCE JavaScript init is better optimised
  • user customisation extends, rather than replaces, core settings
  • theme JS / CSS works better with default Vanilla template

I not, I'll re-release it, but it seems silly to have two competing plugins, so let me know, and I'll commit my fork for your perusal.

Cheers,
Dave
