[Feature] Provide native installers and package repositories

Feature description

Currently, Mouser is distributed only as standalone binaries (.exe on Windows and ./Mouser on Linux).

I want to suggest more standard ways to install and update app:

• For Windows users standard .exe installer could be better. Users can clearly see when app is installed or removed.
• For Linux, it’s more complicated. There are many formats but native packages (like .deb with its own repository) or flatpak would be fantastic :)
