Check the impact of the used library licenses on the project license.

User story:
As a developer, I want to be sure that the repository license is compatible with the licenses of the libraries used, so that to prevent the consequences of copyright violations.

DoD:

• Each library has a defined license and version.
• License compatibility with each other and with the project license has been checked.
• A brief report with conclusions and recommendations has been prepared.
