Feature: Dictionary /translate command

Let you translate words or sentences from one language to another (although it can lead to out-of-context answers..)

Could be implemented with the /dictionary command as new dictionary source, but it may be somewhat difficult since the user wouldn't have the ability to choose from/to-language. Unless you make the user do something silly like "English | French | Good morning!" to translate "Good morning!" from English to French ("Bonjour!").
