Show GitHub rate limit status in dashboard #7
Description
GitHub has different rate limits for searches... searches are only 30/min whereas other resources are 5000
Documented here: https://developer.github.com/v3/rate_limit/
We should consider offsetting this with caching or db storage.
It would also be helpful to allow admins to check this from the dashboard.
