Mother Bonecrawler causing lag?

I have a larger modpack that had The Deep Void in it and, though my computer is on the lower end of specs, can comfortably run around 40 FPS.

However, once I hop onto the Mother Bonecrawler I raised and walking around on her, my FPS drops by almost half, is there like something that causes her to bring down the FPS so much?

The Mother Bone Crawler should be causing less lag as of version 1.96.11.
