[1.7.10] Immersive Engineering External Heater does not work with Alchemical Boiler

As the title suggests, the Alchemical Boiler does not work with IE's External Heater.
I would normally post this on IE's github, but I believe this might be on Automagy's end since the External Heater does work just fine with Thaumcraft's Alchemical Furnace. I could be wrong though.

I could hardcode support, but I'd prefer if other mods use the Automagy API to do this kind of integration. I've provided an interface, IEssentiaDistillery, specifically to help with this.

Unfortunately IE seems to have moved on from 1.7.10, so hardcoding support seems like the only option.
