Want to manage abilities for users of the site: Users should only be able to edit themselves, admin should be able to oversee all, etc. To that end, we want to use the CanCanCan gem.
It's what's used in my current work project, and it'd be good to gain more familiarity with it, and also become more flexible with it.
User Story
As a engineer
I want to add CanCanCan gem to the project and initialize it
So that I can begin to use it's features throughout the app
