Ability to create new buttons

Describe Feature
I would love to be able to create new buttons that have different actions for example:
SOUND - Plays a sound
TITLE - Displays a title
SUBTITLE - Displays a subtitle
ACTIONBAR - Displays a message in the actionbar
MESSAGE - Sends a message to the player
COMMAND - Executes a command as if the player would have done it
CONSOLE_COMMAND - Runs the command as console
CLOSE - Closing the inventory
