Craftable Presets option

**Describe Feature**
Make an option so that you can craft presets. For example, if you have 4 zombie spawners you can combine them into a tier 2 spawner that is a preset made via the GUI. You would then combine 4 tier 2 spawners to make a tier 3 spawner, and so on!
