Vouchers dupe

Describe the bug
I found a duplication method for the vouchers. When opening the confirmation GUI, if you drop the voucher on the ground at the same time, click “Confirm,” then pick the voucher back up, you can activate it multiple times.

To Reproduce

1. Open the confirmation GUI and simultaneously drop the voucher on the ground.
2. Click the “Confirm” button in the GUI.
3. Pick the voucher back up from the ground.
4. You can now use the voucher again, duplicating its effect.
