Tab with variable parameters

user should be able to create new tab with these parameters :

• nb of groups
• nb of slot per group
• class concerned
• ..

cant be realized since its impossible to sync that.
however i'll create a tab with variable parameters that will be shared at sync.

renaming issue accordingly
