Consider parking existence

Besides the number of existing lanes, I would say that we can also analyze the existence of parking "lanes", as a criteria.
This is a tag from OSM.

Having parking + BUS corridors is not desirable, as the literature says.
But also, if the problem is if there is room or not for a bus lane, considering only the number of lanes per direction, It should also be considered the scenario of removing parking to fit a bus lane.

When inspecting transit frequency and number of lanes, I couldn't find yet a parking > 0.
